Your information, and what happens to it

Before you begin, we want to tell you plainly how this works. Not because a policy requires it, but because the honesty of what you share with us depends on you knowing.

Everything you share here is yours. Your responses, your reflections, and the profile we build together are used for one purpose only: generating your personal report. That is the only thing they are used for.

Unless you actively choose otherwise, nothing is kept after your session closes. Your answers, your written reflections, and your profile are processed in the moment and then released. There is no database of your responses sitting somewhere. There is no quiet aggregation for research or product improvement. There is no sharing with third parties. When your session ends, the data ends with it.

When your responses are processed to generate your report, they are handled by an AI system under terms that prohibit their use for any purpose other than your assessment. No human reads what you have written unless you ask for a human review.

Two situations change this, and both require your explicit choice. Neither is set as a default in our favour.

The first is if you decide you want to keep your profile. You can opt into a personal account and return to your results later. If you do, your data is held securely, accessible only to you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

The second is if you are completing this assessment as part of an organisational programme. In that case, the organisation receives aggregate and anonymised findings: patterns across a group, never your individual identified results. Your individual responses remain yours unless you have separately and explicitly agreed otherwise.

This is not our privacy policy. We have that too, and you can read it whenever you wish. This is something different. It is a straightforward commitment, in plain words, about whose information this is and how I will treat it while you are here with me.

If anything about this is unclear, or if you want to ask me about it directly, you can. I will answer plainly.
